In 1980, Jethro Mann started the Bicycle Lending Library as a way to make sure that every child who wanted one, had a bike to ride.
In Belmont, he's simply known, as "The Bicycle Man." "I don't know how much I've spent, but I've given away probably $2 million," Mann said. Do you like this idea?
