Seidler Productions make the Effective Cycling video and a number of other useful bicycle training videos.
The Great River Road bicycle route page. This route is on the Illinois side of the river just north of the St. Louis metro area, stretching from from Downtown Alton to Pere Marquette Park. There are forty-something miles of bicycle routes outlined in this area, including the main route and various alternatives.
The Ohio Bicycle Federation's Cyclist Friendly Communities Award Program. This is a common-sense and inexpensive program that helps guide cities in creating a real cyclist-friendly atmosphere. Includes guidelines, application, and scoring procedure.
