Missouri Bicycle News

The Missouri Bicycle Federation has been working with Missouri legislators from both parties and in both houses of the Missouri General Assembly, to create legislation that will improve the road environment for Missouri bicyclists, pedestrians, motorcyclists, and motorists.

The bill was introduced by Senator Joan Bray on Jan 12th, 2004 (SB1031). The Senate's web site has a summary of the bill, co-sponsors, and a list of actions taken and the full text.

The bill was introduced by Representative Cynthia Davis on Jan 15th, 2004 (HB1122). The House web site has a bill summary, co-sponsors and full text for the House version.
