Mike, of Chain Reaction Bicycles, attended the recent Bicycle Summit in Washington, D.C., and wrote a detailed report about his experience. The five points that are on the national advocacy agenda, and which Summit participants, including MoBikeFed board member Bob Foster, advocated with members of Congress:

• Strengthen and protect Enhancements, CMAQ and other TEA-21 programs.
  
• Safety Funding for Bicycling and Walking.
  
• Safe Routes to Schools.
  
• Bicycle Commute Act.
  
• Complete the Streets.
