Jim Cessna of Olathe has an interesting idea in a letter to the editor in today's KCStar:
The price of gasoline is nearing $2 per gallon. I think it's about time for another gas war. The filling stations would be forced to bring the price of gasoline down if the consumer used less gasoline. |
