There has been a bit of a controversy lately about bicycling on the roadway in the St. Louis Suburban Journals. A sample letter to the editor reads in part:
After reading the comments in Town Talk from those people who are for or against bicycles on the pavement of streets, and from my experiences, I must agree with those wanting to ban the bikes. |
