Mark Reynolds Foundation gives bikes to kids in St. Joseph area
According to a
St. Joseph News-Press article, the Mark Reynolds Foundation has been active in giving bicycles to children this year:
So far this year, the foundation has spent about $12,000 buying more than 120 bicycles for children in several communities throughout Missouri and the western United States, Mrs. Reynolds said.
A 1986 Central High School graduate, Mark Reynolds died in January after being mauled by a cougar while mountain biking in California.
Mr. Reynolds’ favorite cause was helping needy children acquire bicycles, his mother said.
