The federal energy bill coming to a congressional vote soon, and expected to pass, includes this provision:
And tucked away deep in the legislation is an authorization for $10 million to promote riding bicycles to work as a way to save energy. It would still be subject to Congress actually appropriating the money.[Thanks to Jeff in STL for the tip.] |
