MoBikeFed has completed updating its useful summaries and full text listings of Missouri laws relating to bicycling and walking.
The 2005 Bicycle Safety Law, supported by MoBikeFed, made substantial changes to the Missouri statutes. The page includes several summaries of the laws created by MoDOT. It has taken several months to get these summaries created and then cleared by MoDOT lawyers. The Missouri Bicycle Statutes page includes various summaries of the laws designed for different purposes: a miniature version that can be carried in a wallet, a version designed to educate drivers, and so on. |
