2007 Katy Trail Ride wraps up
Monday, June 25, 2007
According to a Jefferson City News Tribune article, the 2007 "Wild on the Katy" ride wrapped up last week:
More than 300 people participated in the bike ride, which is sponsored by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Missouri State Parks Foundation and Toyota, and runs between St. Charles and Clinton.

Only about half of the riders are from Missouri. The rest travel from 22 surrounding states for the annual event.

“I think it's one of the greatest things the state has come up with,” said Larry Moore, a St. Louis native and second-year rider, with traveled with his adult daughter, Gwen.
